SHIPPING INFORMATION
☀️Standard shipping lead time: Greater Manila 2-3 days | Luzon 2-5 days | Visayas 3-5 days | Mindanao 5-7 days
☀️COD orders will be shipped through LBC only, while non-COD orders will be shipped through LBC or J&T, whichever is applicable.
☀️Standard shipping orders made after 8 a.m. will be shipped out the next day.
☀️Rush shipping lead time: 24-48 hours (cities in Visayas and Mindanao only)
☀️Rush shipping is available in cities/municipalities in the Visayas and Mindanao with nearby airports. Only orders with a small volume of liquid can be rush shipped.

We don't have a physical store, but orders will be shipped from Jazz Residences in Bel-air, Makati City.
Do you have same-day delivery?
Yes, we have same-day delivery within Greater Manila via Lalamove. Buyer shoulders the delivery fee, which is determined only after checkout through SMS/email.
What are your payment methods?
We accept payments via GCash, Maya, BPI, and QRPH. For credit card payments, we can only accept payments by scanning our QRPH using your credit card app's scan-to-pay feature. We also accept cash-on-delivery (COD) and cash-on-pickup (COP) payments.
How much is the standard shipping fee?
The standard shipping fee is 79 pesos via LBC and 99 pesos via J&T.
What's the lead time for my order?
Standard shipping varies from place to place and which courier you choose. Greater Manila 2-3 days, Northern/Southern Luzon 3-4 days, Visayas 4-6 days, Mindanao 5-10 days. J&T tends to be faster, especially for Visayas and Mindanao.
How can I track my order?
You tracking number will be sent to your email once your chosen courier has picked your order. To track your order, simply copy the tracking number and then paste on LBC/J&T's website.
