How to Track Your Order

To track your order, you need to input your tracking number on your courier's tracking page.

Your tracking code is sent to your email after the courier has picked up your order from our location.

Here's how to track using your code:

J&T

1. Check your email for the tracking number.

2. Copy the 15-digit alphanumeric code that starts with JT, and then click it to be directed to J&T's tracking page.

3. On J&T's tracking page, paste the 15-digit code and follow J&T's quick security check.

LBC

1. Check your email for the tracking number or link. It should look like this.

2. Click the link to be directed to LBC's tracking page.
